Direito humano ao trabalho e políticas públicas: inclusão sociolaboral e desenvolvimento socioeconômico dos jovens no Brasil.

Abstract

The work is a human right and a necessity because, from it is that the individual is included in the social environment, performs other human rights has access to the economic and social dimensions of development. In this perspective, the state aimed at ensuring the human right to work has been acting so as to put into practice some actions aimed at socio- labor insertion seeking to reduce inequalities and exclusions situations through public policies that intend to provide the labor, employment, income, citizenship and youth, in particular the National Program for Access to Technical Education and Employment (Pronatec) and the National youth Inclusion Programme (Projovem). Thus, through public policy work and income generation facing youth, the state has reduced inequalities and guaranteed entry in this segment in the labor market? The "Pronatec" and "ProJovem worker" programs has ensured the youth the social and labor inclusion and socio-economic development, ensuring dignity and citizenship? Faced with such problems, this paper aims to analyze the implementation of public policies related to the right to work and the pursuit of full employment for youth who present themselves as social and labor inclusion tool, promotion and enforcement of economic and social rights. For that we used the method of deductive approach, the method of procedure and indirect bibliographic documentation as a research technique. Finally, it was noted that public policy work aimed at youth have ensured the realization of the human right to work, the social and labor inclusion and socioeconomic development, while ensuring dignity and citizenship through the training courses for those people who are at unemployment, allowing such programs, the empowerment of the individual in the face of industrial components and allowing the expansion of employment opportunities and income.
