Abstract

In the current scenario in which we are at the mercy of changes in the management of rural enterprises, the search for optimized and automated projects grows. In view of this problem, the present work aims to present and apply the free management tools offered by the Google platform to assist in the management of a farm. The use of Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Earth, Google Calendar tools, together with the help of TRELLO, are interconnected, generating an optimized and automated management system. This work focused on applying these tools on a farm, so that management was done online and shared with other managers, within the organization. Using these tools, the project manager can monitor the tasks of his team, monitor the agenda of projects and designers, delimit measures by means of satellite images, carry out activities and purchases of feeds or materials in a standardized way, change in a way simultaneous documents and spreadsheets and organize all activities in a fully online and shared kaban system. The application of these available tools is of paramount importance for the manager of a farm, since the labor market is gradually innovating every day.
