???metadata.dc.description.resumo???:	Este trabalho desenvolve as reflexões feitas em torno das transformações sociais no contexto dos direitos da mulher, considerando as implicações éticas oriundas dos avanços tecnológicos e do paradigma de intervenção estatal sobre o seu corpo e sobre a sua vontade. Sendo assim, correlaciona a bioética ao biodireito, promovendo o diálogo com a questão da biotecnologia, de modo a examinar as controvérsias existentes entre o ritmo acelerado das descobertas e os limites da cidadania e dos direitos fundamentais da mulher. Ato contínuo, com base na problematização acerca dos direitos da personalidade, discute os direitos sexuais e reprodutivos da mulher à luz da intervenção do Estado. Ademais, expõe, sucintamente, a evolução dos direitos da mulher, a atuação do movimento feminista, bem como a importância de se conferir uma nova roupagem aos seus direitos, no contexto da valoração da autonomia privada. Para a execução desta investigação, maneja-se o método de abordagem dedutivo, partindo da ideia geral de autonomia da mulher sobre as relações jurídicos sociais em face do seu próprio corpo, tendo em conta a avaliação de situações que põem em evidencia os novos paradigmas da bioética e do biodireito. Utiliza-se o método de procedimento histórico, analisando, sucintamente, a evolução dos direitos das mulheres na história e a sua influência na sociedade, amparando-se, também, no método de procedimento comparativo, realizando comparações da influência e dos direitos da mulher no processo de evolução social. Com o manejo das técnicas de pesquisa de documentação indireta bibliográfica, fazendo um apanhado das obras existentes acerca do assunto abordado, bem como a pesquisa documental direta, consultando legislação pertinente à matéria. Há de se vislumbrar, pois, que mesmo diante dos preceitos relativos à autonomia da vontade da mulher, há de ser ponderada a sua aplicação ante a proteção à dignidade da pessoa humana, demonstrando-se que a concretização dos direitos da personalidade como forma de desenvolvimento da própria autonomia e consequente efetivação dos direitos sexuais e reprodutivos são direitos humanos que devem deter carga eficacial máxima.
Abstract:	This paper develops about the social transformations in the context of women's rights, considering the ethical implications originated from technological advances and the paradigm of the state intervention on their body and on their will. Thus, it associates bioethics to biolaw, promoting the dialogue with the biotechnology issue in order to examine the controversies existing between the rapid pace of discoveries and the boundaries of citizenship and fundamental rights of women. Thereby, based on the matter regarding to the rights of the personality, it discusses the sexual and reproductive rights of women pursuant to the state intervention. Moreover, it exposes briefly the evolution of the women's rights, the role of the feminist movement and the importance of giving a new lease of life to their rights within the context of the valuation of the private autonomy. In carrying out this research, it was used the deductive reasoning, based on the general idea of the women's autonomy on legal and social relationships over his own body, taking into account the situations which put in evidence the new paradigms of bioethics and biolaw. It was used the historical method, analyzing briefly the evolution of the women's rights in history and its reflection on the society. Also it was made use of the comparative method, making comparisons on the influence of the women's rights and the process of social evolution. Handling research techniques of bibliographic indirect documentation, it was made an overview of existing titles on the subject discussed, so as the direct documentary research, consulting the legislation concerning to this matter. It must be taken into account that, even facing the rules concerning to the women’s freedom of choice, it must be given a second thought on its application therewith the protection of human dignity. So, the implementation of personal rights as a way of developing one's own autonomy and the consequent effectuation of sexual and reproductive rights are human rights and must be enforced massively.
