| ???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: | Alunos motivados tendem a obter melhor desempenho na aprendizagem, desenvolvendo mais atenção e participação para absorver conteúdo. Sendo assim, decidimos observar se a música pode ser uma ferramenta de ensino capaz de motivar os alunos de inglês-LE (língua estrangeira). Para isto, aplicamos um questionário com 14 alunos, e a partir deste questionário, levantamos discussões através dos dados coletados, e observamos alguns fatores, tentando esclarecer se a música teria a capacidade de motivar os alunos a aprender inglês-LE. Os resultados mostraram em sua maioria que a musica pode de fato influenciar a motivação dos aprendizes do novo idioma, embora possa haver casos onde a ferramenta não terá o retorno esperado. |
| Abstract: | Motivated students tend to perform better in learning, developing more attention and participation to absorb content. Thus, we decided to observe whether music can be a teaching tool capable of motivating EFL students. For this, we applied a questionnaire with 14 students, and from this questionnaire, we raised discussions through the collected data, and we observed some factors, trying to clarify if the music would have the capacity to motivate the students to learn English. The results showed that music can in fact influence the motivation of learners of the new language, though there may be cases where the tool will not have the expected return. |
