| ???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: | Esta pesquisa tem como finalidade apresentar uma discussão sobre aquisição oral de segunda língua (L2) por crianças da pré-escola mediada por sua língua mãe (L1). Apresentaremos os pressupostos teóricos do nosso trabalho baseados nos estudo de Vygotsky (1984) e outros pesquisadores que estudam a língua mãe em contextos bilíngues ( Atkinson, 1987; Auerbach, 1993; Cook, 1999; Mello, 2004; Mello 2009). A análise será feita através de uma investigação a respeito da frequência do uso da L1 durante a aquisição de L2, levando em consideração dois aspectos importantes: com que propósitos a língua materna foi usada durante as interações ocorridas em sala de aula l2 e as implicações causadas por este uso. Os resultados obtidos através da análise corroboram com nossa hipótese que a L1, de forma positiva, interfere na aquisição de uma segunda língua de crianças que estão na pré-escola. |
| Abstract: | This research aims to present a discussion on oral acquisition of second language (L2) by preschool children mediated by their mother language (L1). We will present the theoretical assumptions of our work based on the studies of Vygotsky (1984) and other researchers who study the mother tongue in bilingual contexts (Atkinson, 1987; Auerbach, 1993; Cook, 1999; Mello, 2004; Mello 2009). The analysis will be made through an investigation regarding the frequency of the use of L1 during the acquisition of L2, taking into account two important aspects: for what purposes the mother tongue was used during the interactions that occurred in classroom l2 and the implications caused for this use. The results obtained through the analysis corroborate our hypothesis that L1, in a positive way, interferes with the acquisition of a second language of children who are in preschool. |
