| ???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: | O presente trabalho analisa a energia eólica e aponta na perspectiva de um melhor aproveitamento eólico como fonte renovável para geração de energia elétrica como um complemento ao modelo de geração atual. Inicialmente é feita uma revisão bibliográfica, incluindo um breve estudo sobre os ventos e os princípios básicos do funcionamento dos aerogeradores e as tecnologias empregadas no seu funcionamento. São expostos dados sobre o cenário da energia eólica nacional, com ênfase na região nordeste. Em seguida, são apresentadas algumas aplicações eólicas sustentáveis e tendências para o futuro da rede elétrica. Por fim, é apresentada a estrutura do parque eólico Alegria, no litoral norte do Rio Grande do Norte. |
| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the wind and pointing at the prospect of a better use of wind power as a renewable source for electricity generation as a complement to the current generation model. We begin with a bibliographic review, including a brief study of the winds and the basic principles of operation of the wind turbines and the technologies employed in its operation. Are exposed data about the national scenario of wind energy, with emphasis on the Northeast. Then, some applications are presented sustainable wind and trends for the future of the electric grid. Finally, we present the structure of the wind farm Alegria, on the northern coast of Rio Grande do Norte. |
