| ???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: | O planejamento energético é um instrumento indispensável para o desenvolvimento de um país principalmente quando realizado de maneira adequada e confiável. Sendo assim é realizada neste trabalho uma análise das condições atuais do setor elétrico brasileiro e das projeções para os anos posteriores, a fim de se ter um panorama da situação deste setor do país. Para tal, são analisados os métodos utilizados para a obtenção das estimativas e projeções de dados oficiais documentados. É dado maior enfoque no que está contido nos Planos Decenais de Expansão de Energia, em especial o mais recente divulgado em 2014. Estudam-se os principais pontos de interesse e comparam-se as semelhanças e diferenças entre os documentos. Também são comparadas projeções com dados reais de situações já ocorridas. Então é vista a precisão destas projeções e se analisa a sua confiabilidade para o decênio. Diante de tudo isto ficou constatado que as características do Plano Decenal possibilitam a credibilidade na garantia dada de que não ocorrerão déficits de energia dentro do horizonte de estudo. |
| Abstract: | The energetic planning is a key tool to the country development, mostly when done of the adequate and reliable way. Thus is done in this paper an analysis of the current conditions of Brazilian electric sector and projections for the following years in order to have an outlook on the situation of this sector in Brazil. For this, methods used for obtaining the estimates and projections of official documented data are analyzed. It is given greater focus on that is contained in the Ten-Year Energy Expansion Plans, in particular the latest, released in 2014. The main points of interest are studied and the similarities and differences between the documents are compared. Projections with real data from situations that have already occurred are also compared. So the accuracy of these projections is checked and the reliability is analyzed. Under the circumstances it was found that the of the Ten-Year Plan features enable the credibility on the guarantee given that there will be no energy deficits within the study horizon. |
