| ???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: | O planejamento para manter e construir recursos energéticos em qualquer país torna-se extremamente necessário, não só para seu crescimento econômico, mas, acima de tudo, para o bem estar e segurança de sua população. Sendo assim, o grande objetivo desse planejamento é alcançar uma independência em relação aos recursos energéticos para que o Brasil não passe por situações de grandes riscos estruturais básicos, como falta de energia elétrica ou de combustível. Sendo assim, o Plano Decenal de Expansão de Energia, elaborado pelo Ministério de Minas e Energia desde 2005, atende essas expectativas através de um estudo complexo sobre o comportamento do setor energético brasileiro ao longo dos anos. No que toca o setor elétrico, o documento analisa, de forma detalhada, o cenário para geração e transmissão de energia elétrica num horizonte de dez anos, começando de 2015 até 2024. São feitos estudos de projeção para se ter uma ideia concisa da evolução do país nesses dez anos, economicamente e demograficamente, de modo que se consiga ter uma noção da necessidade de investimentos, especialmente em geração de energia, para suportar a demanda nos próximos anos. |
| Abstract: | The planning to build and keep energetic resources in any country is absolutely necessary, not only to its economic growth, but, above all, to the good, safety and welfare of the population. So, the great goal of this planning it is to achieve independence regarding natural resources so that Brasil doesn’t go through any structural risk, like lack of power generation or fossil fuels. Because of that, the Decanal Plan for Power Expansion (PDE), elaborated by the Ministry of Mines and Energy since 2005, meets those expectations through a complex study about the behavior of the Brazilian energetic field along the years. In the electric field, the document analyses in a detailed way the scope of power generation and energy transmission in a ten-year horizon, beginning from 2015 until 2024. Projections studies are made to have a general and concise idea about the evolution of the country in the next ten years, economically and demographically, in a way to produce a notion about the needs of investments, especially regarding power generation, to support the demand in the next years. |
