| ???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: | Este trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar atividades desenvolvidas para projeto de reforma de uma oficina mecânica na Universidade Federal de Campina Grande (UFCG) à luz da Norma Reguladora nº 12 (NR-12), que trata da adequação de máquinas e equipamentos utilizados na oficina, de acordo com as exigências da NR-12. Tal proposta visa servir de base àqueles a frente da execução do projeto, auxiliando na escolha e instalação de dispositivos elétricos possíveis de serem usados na partida, acionamento e parada das máquinas e equipamentos, assegurando os níveis de segurança estabelecidos pela norma regulamentadora, e dessa forma, preservar a saúde e a integridade física daqueles que frequentam e trabalham naquele local. Partindo-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica complementar a respeito do assunto desta atividade, seguiuse, através de levantamento de inventario de maquinas e subsequente avaliação da análise de risco associada às condições verificadas no maquinário, a elaboração de diagramas unifilares e instruções para montagem do conjunto de sensores e de quadro de comando das maquinas, além de levantamento de material para o projeto e elaboração de procedimento de operação das mesmas, em acordo com a NR-12. Como conclusão, busca-se deixar um projeto aceitável do ponto de vista econômico e de segurança para uma futura realização de reforma da oficina. |
| Abstract: | This work aims to present activities developed on project of renovation of a mechanic workshop at the Federal University of Campina Grande (UFCG) following the Regulatory Norm nº 12 (NR-12), which deals with the adequacy of machines and equipment used in accordance with the requirements of the NR-12. This proposal aims to serve as a basis for those in charge of the execution of the project, assisting in the choice and installation of possible electrical devices to be used taking in consideration, starting and stopping of the machines and equipment, ensuring the safety levels established by the Regulatory Norm, preserving the health and physical integrity of those who attend and work there. On the light of an extra bibliographical research about the subject of this activity, it was elaborated single-diagrams and instructions for assembly of the Set of sensors and panel control of the machines. Through an inventory of machines and subsequent evaluation of the risk associated with the conditions verified in the machinery, in addition to useful data for the design and elaboration of the operating procedure, everything in agreement with the NR-12. As a conclusion, we seek to leave an acceptable project from an economic and safety point of view to a future realization of the workshop reconstruction.. |
