Em cada área, além dos trabalhos rotineiros, foram desenvolvidos trabalhos de melhoria. Nesse relatório serão apresentados as seguintes melhorias desenvolvidas: Instru ção de Termovisão em Salas El tricas, Altera ção do Sistema de Alimenta ção da Bomba de água de Selagem, Adequa ção de Sistemas de El tricos para recomenda ções de seguradora e Retrofit dos Quadros de Tomadas Auxiliares (QTAs) do Pátio de Madeira. |
| Abstract: | During the internship at Suzano Pulp and Paper in Electrical, Instrumentation and Automation Maintenance Engineering Area, the intern had the oportunity to know, through a system of Job Rotation, the main areas of a pulp factory: fiber line, recovery, utilities. In each, in addition of routine work, improvement works were developed. In this report, the following improvements will be presented: Electrical Heating Thermovision Instruction, Sealing Water Pump Feeding System Modification, Electric System Adpatation for insurance recommendation and retrofit of auxiliary electrical panels. |
