| ???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: | O presente trabalho tem como objetivo geral uma compreensão mais clara acerca das práticas estatais incididas no que se concerne a interação de liberdade do individuo, seu objetivo específico está incluso nas dimensões dessa atuação, buscando preceitos advindos de outros ordenamentos jurídicos, mas tendo um foco principal na legislação brasileira.A pesquisa foi feita por meio de referências a bibliografias relevantes sobre o tema em questão onde se prezou a conhecimentos históricos e sociológicos e jurisdicionais afim de elucidar de maneira plena essa problemática. A leitura do tema traz em voga o tema da amplitude das interações que programas de saúde proveniente do Poder Público tem quando bate de frente o direito individual em discernir quais substâncias colocar dentro do seu corpo. |
| Abstract: | The present work has as a general objective a clearer understanding about the state practices focused on the individual's interaction of freedom, its specific objective is included in the dimensions of this performance, seeking precepts from other legal systems, but having a main focus in Brazilian law. The research was done by means of references to relevant bibliographies on the subject in question, where historical, sociological and jurisdictional knowledge was valued in order to fully elucidate this problem. Reading the theme brings to the fore the theme of the breadth of interactions that health programs from the Public Power have when facing the individual right to discern which substances to put inside your body. |
