Abstract

This report refers to the integrated internship that was executed by the student Thainá Santos Xavier, completing the undergraduate course in Electrical Engineering, at the company Moura Batteries, in Belo Jardim, Pernambuco. This internship was performed in the Energy Inputs sector, responsible for managing the electricity and natural gas consumption of the Moura Group's plants, establishing energy efficiency targets for each unit, managing the contracts with companies that supply electricity and gas to Moura, in addition to managing some projects. The activities executed by the intern were the monitoring of the electricity and natural gas consumption of the manufacturing units through supervisory systems, follow up of the action plans to reach the goals of energy efficiency and project management. The internship experience added several values for the intern, among them: the valorization of teamwork; appreciation for ethics, transparency and integrity in interpersonal relationships; and the quest to overcome challenges and always deliver the best result.
