???metadata.dc.description.resumo???:	Este trabalho trata das transformações que vêm ocorrendo, especificamente nas relações de trabalho, na produção da pecuária bovina paraibana, no momento em que, o capim se estende de finitivamente, substituindo as culturas de subsistência como também expulsando o trabalhador, antigos moradores, que passam a viver nas periferias de vilas e cidades e a trabalhar como diaristas. A visão do proprietário- pecuarista e trabalhadores está presente nesta análise em que a ênfase é dada às relações e conexões que se estabelecem entre os poios opostos: trabalho e capital. Para a abordagem da realidade, utilizamos as técnicas qualitativas, especificamente a entrevista semi-estruturada.
Abstract:	This work deals with the transformations that have been occurring, specifically in the labor relations, in the production of cattle raising in Paraíba, at the moment when the grass extends endively, replacing the subsistence crops as well as expelling the worker, former residents, who spend to live in the outskirts of towns and cities and to work as day laborers. The view of the owner-cattle ranch and workers is present in this analysis in which the emphasis is given to the relations and connections that are established between the opposing poles: labor and capital. To approach reality, we use qualitative techniques, specifically the semi-structured interview.
???metadata.dc.description.resume???:	Ce travail traite des transformations qui se sont produites, en particulier dans les relations de travail, dans l’élevage de bétail à Paraíba, au moment où l’herbe s'étend de manière radicale, remplaçant les cultures de subsistance et expulsant le travailleur, les anciens résidents, vivre à la périphérie des villes et travailler comme journalier. L’opinion du propriétaire-ranch d’élevage et des travailleurs est présente dans cette analyse, dans laquelle l’accent est mis sur les relations et les liens qui s’établissent entre les pôles opposés: le travail et le capital. Pour approcher la réalité, nous utilisons des techniques qualitatives, notamment l'entretien semi-structuré.
