| ???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: | A pavimentação de vias e rodovias é essencial para uma melhor qualidade no transporte rodoviário de pessoas e mercadorias em todo mundo. O desenvolvimento de tecnologias para um melhor conforto e durabilidade remonta os tempos da Antiga Roma. No Brasil aproximadamente 60% do transporte de cargas e passageiros é feito em rodovias, sendo um país de extensões territoriais continentais, com diversidades climáticas, pedológicas e geológicas é de grande importância o estudo e comparação entre o novo método de dimensionamento DNIT mecanístico-empírico , cujo dimensionamento de pavimentos é baseado em dois principais critérios de ruptura(fadiga e o afundamento de trilha) , método este em fase de atualização no Brasil, e o método de dimensionamento empírico adotado pelo DNER , proposto nos anos 60 pelo Engenheiro Murillo Lopes de Souza, baseado na capacidade de suporte do subleito, medida pelo CBR . O presente trabalho teve como objetivo analisar, dimensionar e comparar os métodos de dimensionamento de pavimento flexível citados ,com auxílio dos dados coletados pelo Laboratório de Engenharia de Pavimentos-LEP/UFCG, Campina Grande-PB, na PB-138 que liga Campina Grande/Catolé de Boa Vista-PB a Boa Vista-PB.Com os dados foi possível dimensionar o pavimento com auxílio do programa MeDiNa e realizar a comparação entre os dois métodos de dimensionamento. | Abstract: | The paving of roads and highways is essential for better quality road transport of people and goods around the world. The development of technologies for better comfort and durability goes back to the times of Ancient Rome. In Brazil, 60% of freight and passengers are carried on highways, being a country of continent territories, with a diversity of species, pedological and geological, it is of great relevance for the study and separation between the new methods of mechanistic DNIT design which is based on two main criteria of rupture, the method being updated in Brazil, and the method of empirical design adopted by the DNER, applied in the 1960s by the engineer Murillo Lopes de Souza, in which the capacity of support of subbed, as measured by the CBR. The present work has owned the objective of analyzing, dimensioning and comparing the methods of sizing exchange rate indicators, with the help of data from the Pavement Engineering Laboratory-LEP / UFCG, Campina Grande-PB, on the PB-138 linking Campina Grande / Catolé de Boa Vista-PB to Boa Vista-PB.With the help of the data, it was possible to size the pavement with the aid of the MeDiNa program and to carry out a comparison between the two sizing methods |
