Análise dos riscos ambientais em uma empresa: estudo de caso.

Abstract

The risk of an accident is present in any manufacturing environment, whether in relation to the size and type of occupational risk. Thus, these agents can cause very serious damage to the health, safety and well-being of the employee. Therefore, it is essential to analyze the existing risks in these environments to achieve control over the rate of work accidents and occupational diseases. Therefore, this study was carried out in an aluminum frames industry with the objective of proposing measures to mitigate the existing risks in the production environment, through qualitative and quantitative analysis. In this sense, the qualitative analysis was developed based on the application of questionnaires with the project's employees, and, in a complementary way, the quantitative analysis addressed assessments of illuminance and noise present on the factory floor, as well as the structuring of a risk map. As a result of this study, it was possible to identify that the practical module sector presented noise levels above the tolerable by NR-15. In addition, it was evaluated that the illuminance index present in the gold and gate sectors was below the stipulated by NHO 11. Therefore, after the results analyzed, the existence of sectors with a high degree of risk was identified, making the activity dangerous and unhealthy, in this way an action plan was developed to mitigate the problems encountered.
