Investigamos o quanto é importante a manutenção e a permanência de programas com temas voltados às canções do baião, como forma de preservação do legado e da memória através das músicas de Luiz Gonzaga. Procuramos analisar como, hoje em dia, no contexto de Aurora, o rádio se tornou um dos principais meios de propagação da cultura gonzaguiana, através de programas específicos em tributo à memória e a tradição criada pelo Rei do Baião. |
| Abstract: | The present work approaches the importance of radio in the city of Aurora, Ceará, Brazil, in the stations "FM Aurora do Povo 102.3 FM" and "Sol Nascente 91,1 FM", highlighting the musicality and culture of the baião that both radios have in their schedules. We investigate how important it is to maintain programs with themes related to the baião songs, as a way of preserving the legacy and memory through the songs of Luiz Gonzaga. We seek to analyze how, in the context of Aurora city, the radio has become one of the main means of propagating the gonzaguiana culture, through specific programs in tribute to memory and the tradition created by the King of Baião. |
