| ???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: | O desenvolvimento sustentável é um dos principais objetivos das organizações, neste sentido a logística reversa se apresenta como um instrumento para a promoção desse desenvolvimento, essa logística promove entre os atores envolvidos no seu processo uma cultura de responsabilidade socioambiental. Este trabalho teve como objetivo avaliar o processo de logística reversa em uma agroindústria alimentícia no estado da paraíba. Foi empregado neste trabalho a pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, assim como foi necessário para a coleta de dados junto a empresa a aplicação de um questionário para poder chegar aos resultados desta pesquisa. Percebeu-se que a empresa não utiliza a logística reversa em suas atividades operacionais, porém alguns de seus produtos podem ser reutilizáveis, recomenda-se que a empresa utilize em suas embalagens sacos biodegradáveis, bem como foi proposto o uso da logística reversa através do método Milk Run. |
| Abstract: | Sustainable development is one of the main objectives of organizations, in this sense, reverse logistics is presented as an instrument for promoting this development, this logistics promotes a culture of social and environmental responsibility among the actors involved in its process. This work purpose to evaluate the reverse logistics process in a food agroindustry in the state of Paraiba. In this work, bibliographic and documental research was used, as well as the application of a questionnaire to obtain the results of this research for data collection with the company. It was noticed that the company does not use reverse logistics in its operational activities, but of its products can be reusable, it is recommended that the company use biodegradable bags in its packaging, as well as the use of reverse logistics through the method Milk Run. |
