Entre as técnicas de referências está a Imunofluorescência direta, contudo, uma das suas limitações é a aquisição do conjugado Anti-rábico. Com o objetivo de produzir um soro hiperimune anti - rábico em um animal de baixo custo e fácil manuseio, foi hiperimunizado um caprino adulto jovem utilizando uma vacina comercial e uma amostra de vírus CVS para desafio. O soro caprino hiperimune apresentou título superior a 6250 para 10 a 100 DL50 de CVS/ 0,03 mL/ICC de 21 dias. A partir disso, conclui se que o caprino é um bom modelo biológico para produção de soro hiperimune anti - rábico, viabilizando a produção de um conjugado anti-rábico. |
| Abstract: | Production of anti-rabies hyperimmune serum in goat. Rabies is endemic in Paraíba and in spite of this, there is no Official Laboratory to diagnose this disease. Among the techniques of references is the direct immunofluorescence, therefore, one of its limitations is the acquisition of antirabic conjugated. This work aimes to produce a hiperimmune antirabic serum in an animal of low cost and easy management, an young adult goat was hiperimmunized using a commercial vaccine and a sample of CVS virus to challenge. The hiperimmune goat serum presented a titre superior to 6250 from 10 to 100 LD50 of CVS/0,03 mL/ ICC of 21 days. In respect of this, it can conclude that the goat is a good biological model to produce hiperimmune antirabic serum, which means that it can be possible the production of antirabic conjugated. |
