| ???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: | Este trabalho teve como objetivo realizar uma revisão literária sobre as técnicas de inseminação artificial em caprinos como também todos os aspectos ligados a essa tecnologia. Foi feito um apanhado teórico sobre o tema incluindo as características reprodutivas dos caprinos, as considerações anatômicas e fisiológicas, o manejo reprodutivo, a seleção das matrizes, alguns protocolos de sincronização do cio, a escolha do reprodutor, os métodos de coleta e avaliação do sêmen, as formas de conservação do sêmen (fresco, refrigerado e congelado), e por fim enfatizaram-se as principais técnicas de inseminação artificial: vaginal, cervical superficial, intracervical, intra-uterino (transcervical e laparoscópica). Pode-se concluir que a viabilidade do uso dessas técnicas requer formas adequadas de manejo sanitário e nutricional dos animais para que as mesmas possam contribuir para acelerar a produção e a eficiência reprodutiva nessa espécie. |
| Abstract: | Artificial insemination in goats. This study aimed to review the literature on the techniques of artificial insemination in goats as well as all other aspects about this technology. He was made a theoretical summary on the subject including the reproductive characteristics of goats, the anatomical and physiological considerations, the reproductive management, selection of matrices, some protocols for synchronization of estrus, the choice of the player, the methods of collection and semen evaluation the forms of conservation of semen (fresh, chilled and frozen), and finally emphasized the principal techniques of artificial insemination: vaginal, cervical superficial intracervical, intrauterine (transcervical and laparoscopic). It can be concluded that the feasibility of using these techniques requires appropriate ways of handling health and nutrition of animals to allow them to help accelerate production and reproductive efficiency in this species. |
