A variação do léxico nas tirinhas de Chico Bento aplicada ao ensino de língua portuguesa.

Abstract

The present work aims to observe the construction of the Portuguese language from its origin to the language spoken in Brazil today, in order to understand the factors that contributed to the Portuguese having lexical varieties within its vocabulary. For this, we present the following specific objectives: to highlight the origin of the Latin language and the emergence of neoLatin languages; to discuss how the development of the Portuguese language occurred; to report how Portuguese language arrived in Brazil and the variety presented in its lexicon; to present an analysis of Chico Bento's comic strips to highlight the linguistic variation present in the genre and to propose a didactic sequence with Chico Bento's comic strips for the 9th grade class of elementary school, working on lexical variation within the classroom. To carry out our work, we used the theoretical contributions by Alves (2022), Assis (s/d), Bagno (2007), Câmara Júnior (1985), Cardoso, Gonçalves and Basso (2010), Ilari (1999), Teyssier (2007) among others that help to understand about the construction and evolution of the language.In addition, the characteristic research elaborated is directed to the 9th year of the study of elementary school activities, with material for reflection on the research of Portuguese linguistic activities in Brazil, knowing its evolution and observing how Chico Bento’s comic strips. For the development of this work, we opted for a bibliographic research, as well as written materials such as monographs and books were consulted, with a qualitative approach. Through the evolution of the Portuguese language, we realized which factors influenced the construction of a diverse language with many linguistic varieties.
