???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: A soja (Glycine max L.) possui um grande valor econômico para o Brasil e o mundo, com isso os produtores buscam o maior rendimento da lavoura. Entretanto, a cultura é acometida por diversas doenças que são responsáveis por ocasionar grandes prejuízos e podem ser transmitidas via sementes. Assim, o tratamento das sementes se torna, então, um parâmetro fundamental no manejo e controle da qualidade. Objetivou-se determinar a qualidade sanitária e fisiológica de sementes de soja com nitrato de cálcio nas concentrações de 0,2; 0,4; 0,6; 0,8; 1,0; 1,2; 1,4 e 1,6% e fungicida dicarboximida. Para o teste de sanidade foram utilizadas 100 sementes por tratamento, distribuídas em cinco repetições de vinte sementes cada. Em seguida as sementes foram incubadas em placas de petri contendo dupla camada de papel filtro “Blotter Test”, esterilizado e umedecido com ADE. No teste de germinação, também foram utilizadas 100 sementes por tratamento, divididas em quatro repetições de vinte cinco sementes. As mesmas foram semeadas em papel germitest primeiramente esterilizado. O delineamento utilizado nos experimentos da análise sanitária e fisiológica foi o inteiramente casualizado (DIC). Realizou-se análise de regressão para os dados quantitativos com a significância dos modelos verificados pelo teste F (p ≤ 0,05). As concentrações de 0,2; 0,4; 0,6; 0,8; 1,0; 1,2; 1,4 e 1,6% de nitrato de cálcio influenciaram negativamente na germinação de sementes de soja. As concentrações de 0,4 e 0,6% proporcionaram o aumento no comprimento das raízes e plantas. Todas as concentrações nitrato de cálcio foram eficientes na redução dos fungos Aspergillus niger e Aspergillus flavus.
Abstract: Soybean (Glycine max L.) has a great economic value for Brazil and the world, so producers seek the highest yield from the crop. However, the culture is affected by several diseases that are responsible for causing great losses and can be transmitted via seeds. Thus, seed treatment becomes, then, a fundamental parameter in the management and quality control. The objective was to determine the sanitary and physiological quality of soybean seeds with calcium nitrate in concentrations of 0.2; 0.4; 0.6; 0.8; 1.0; 1.2; 1.4 and 1.6% and dicarboximide fungicide. For the sanity test, 100 seeds were used per treatment, distributed in five repetitions of twenty seeds each. Then the seeds were incubated in petri dishes containing a double layer of “Blotter Test” filter paper, sterilized and moistened with ADE. In the germination test, 100 seeds were also used per treatment, divided into four replications of twenty five seeds. They were sown on germitest paper, first sterilized. The design used in the experiments of sanitary and physiological analysis was completely randomized (DIC). Regression analysis was performed for quantitative data with the significance of the models verified by the F test (p ≤ 0.05). Concentrations of 0.2; 0.4; 0.6; 0.8; 1.0; 1.2; 1.4 and 1.6% of calcium nitrate negatively influenced soybean seed germination. The concentrations of 0.4 and 0.6% provided an increase in the length of roots and plants. All calcium nitrate concentrations were efficient in reducing Aspergillus niger and Aspergillus flavus fungi.
