Aspectos clínicos e radiográficos de afecções do boleto de eqüinos atendidos no Hospital Veterinário de Patos, PB.

Abstract

This work was conducted at the Veterinary Hospital Center for Health and Technology Rural Federal University of Campina Grande, Patos - PB, in the period 2003 to 2007, through the lifting of data in the files archived medical clinic, targeting the study of the major diseases of metacarpofalangeana joints / metatarsofalangeana (slips) of the horses. The objective of this study comparing radiographic and clinical aspects revealed in chips with the medical literature. During the study period were recorded 21 sheets of different race, gender, and age. The disorders were recorded arthritis, degenerative diseases, exostose, lesions in the bones sesamoide proximal and regions tendineas. It means that in this study, and methods of diagnosis used in the routine of the Medical Clinic of Large Animals are running consistent with the literature, and that to get the definitive diagnosis of disorders of boleto is necessary in evaluating all of the clinical and radiographic.
