| ???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: | Este estudo bibliométrico teve como objetivo a análise da produção cientifica nacional sobre liderança publicada nos anais do EnANPAD e do SemeAD entre os anos de 2019 a 2021. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de natureza descritiva com abordagem quantitativa. Foram utilizados os anais da divisão acadêmica “Gestão de Pessoas”, totalizando uma amostra de 46 artigos. Foram investigados: quantidade de artigos, idioma das publicações, foco temático, tipos de pesquisa, metodologia utilizada, técnicas de coleta de dados e ambientes de pesquisa. A pesquisa realizada contribui tanto com o levantamento das características das pesquisas sobre liderança, como também com a identificação sobre quais temáticas a liderança vem sendo agregada em âmbito nacional, oferecendo informações sobre as trilhas percorridas e as ferramentas utilizadas na construção do referido tema. De forma geral, os resultados obtidos evidenciam principalmente que os estudos de caráter empírico, natureza descritiva e abordagem quantitativa são os procedimentos mais comuns utilizados nesse tipo de produção. |
| Abstract: | This bibliometric study aimed to analyze the national scientific production on leadership published in the annals of EnANPAD and SemeAD between 2019 and 2021. This is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach. were used the annals of the academic division “Management of People”, totaling a sample of 46 articles. Were investigated: number of articles, language of publications, thematic focus, types of research, methodology used, data collection techniques and research environments. The search carried out contributes both to the survey of the characteristics of research on leadership, as well as the identification of which themes leadership has been aggregated in national scope, offering information on the trails traveled and the tools used in the construction of that theme. In general, the results obtained show mainly that empirical studies, descriptive nature and quantitative approach are the most common procedures used in this type of production. |
