Coroa sobre implante em dissilicato de lítio cimentada em região estética: relato de caso.

Abstract

The rehabilitation with fixed prostheses on implants have among its advantages: predictability and longevity, which makes this a rehabilitation mode security choice for professionals and patients. The aim of this paper is to describe the making of a Crown on implant free of metal in lithium dissilicate as aesthetic solution, emphasizing the materials used and manufacturing technique, since the reopening of the implant, passing through the steps of gingival conditioning and construction of the ceramic restoration. To this end, gingival handling technique was used during the reopening and the construction of temporary Crown in order to determine a proper gingival profile. The patient selected featured bone integrable morse taper implant in the region of 15 element, with correct positioning. The clinical examination was established the necessity of making a ceramic Crown, installed later to satisfy the aesthetic expectations and morphofunctional. In the first session was held on reopening of surgical removal of the implant patch area and then installing the heal. After 21 days, the patient returned to the clinic school for installation of temporary prosthesis on trunnion universal and gingival conditioning was initiated. In next session was made the molding and this sent to the laboratory for production of the definitive prosthesis. Resin cement was used and subsequently held occlusal adjustment. On the results obtained, it should be noted that the fixed prosthesis over implants cemented presents itself as a safe alternative to oral rehabilitation, especially in cases about morse cone implant, minimizing the possibility of loosening of the screw.
