A problemática ambiental, o direito e a antropização no semiárido: responsabilidade socioambiental do trabalhador rural.

Abstract

Man's relationship with nature has always been full of conflicts and in the history of mankind, man has not always been concerned with understanding these relationships. Anthropic interference in environmental systems in the search for socioeconomic growth has caused serious damage to the environment and to humanity itself. To better illustrate this environmental issue, the Laudato Si text exposes this problem, where Pope Francis invites us to listen to the moans of our battered and plundered land, urging each and every one - individuals, families, local communities, nations and the international community - to a conversion. Once the awareness of the environmental crisis installed and discussed throughout the world has begun, it is necessary to adopt a new form of relationship between humanity and nature, a new ethical stance of thinking and acting in the face of the environment. Due to the complexity that permeates the environmental issue, the society / environment relationship involves all areas of knowledge and requires the understanding of several factors: social, economic, physical, ethical, cultural, natural, among others. Environmental Law is one of the most recent Brazilian legal disciplines, it is the indispensable resource to curb the environmental damages in Brazil. Having said this, conceptualizing the environment served as an excuse to address in this project the Constitutional imperative of Article 225, which deals exclusively with the environment, as well as with the main regulatory laws of the Brazilian environmental legal order, to the point of discussing the causes of the anthropization of the caatinga in the northeastern semi-arid region and the socio-environmental responsibility of the rural workers, who may be responsible for administrative, criminal and criminal responsibility for their illicit behavior.
