Mapeamento e análise de softwares de gestão da produção e operações: uma revisão sistemática.

Abstract

Given the speed in which systems are being inserted into the business, organizations are increasingly investing in innovations, in order to improve the quality of information and processes, making them more agile. For this reason, the objective of this study is to map the software used in production and operations management, identifying, in a comprehensive way, the main positive characteristics that can be applied in an organization in a more productive way. Thus, it was sought to verify the current context of existing publications related to the study, to base the mapping characteristics and analysis of the software using the Web Of Science database and the Journal Gestão Industrial. From this, the mapping and analysis of the software was performed, showing the importance of the insertion of software in the organization and its characteristics. Finally, 15 softwares were mapped, with 60% of them being developed in the United States, with online training as the main training method, with 73% of use, and the main functionality of the software is inventory control. It was found that mapping helps the decision maker in the software selection and performs an evaluation of all the necessary characteristics for the company, listing which applications will be listed as primordial in the decision-making process.
