Análise de manifestações patológicas: estudo de caso em edificação de ensino na cidade de Pombal-PB.

Abstract

The appearance of pathological manifestations can point to a bad state of health of the buildings, with this, the present work deals with the main pathological manifestations found in a public education institution in the city of Pombal-PB, aiming to analyze them, diagnosing their possible causes and origins, in addition to proposing a treatment for adequate repair. For this, a bibliographic review was carried out addressing the most common types of pathological manifestations in all constructive elements and then the GUT method is presented, which allows classifying the manifestations by their urgency, as well as identifying if the problem originated in the phase of design, execution, use or due to the use of inappropriate material. All manifestations were presented in the form of tables, in addition, a general diagnosis of the building was presented and the building inspection report, in which the building presented some serious problems regarding structural stability and electrical installations, in the end was possible to conclude that 45% of the cases are of endogenous origin and that 35% of the cases are of critical level.
