| ???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: | Neste trabalho analisaremos algumas das representações da deusa Ísis no período referente ao Reino Novo, principalmente entre 1400 a.C. e 1100 a. C. momento em que reinam os faraós da XVIII, XIX e XX dinastias. Devido a importância que o culto isíaco atinge nesse período, quando o mito de Osíris, a que está relacionada, se populariza, há um aumento significativo das representações iconográficas dessas divindades particularmente nos interiores das tumbas reais, por sua associação à ressurreição. Priorizamos algumas imagens para comparar com os textos já produzidos sobre o assunto, que nos ajudarão a problematizar os diferentes papéis que Ísis recebe nesse período. |
| Abstract: | In this paper we analyze some of the goddess’ Isis representations in the period related to the New Kingdom, especially between 1400 BC and 1100 BC, moment reign of the pharaohs of XVIII, XIX and XX dynasties. Because of the importance that the isiac cult hits during this period, when the myth of Osiris, which is related, becomes popular, there is a significant increase in iconographic representations of these deities, particularly in the royal tombs interiors, by its association with resurrection. We prioritize some images to compare with the texts already produced on the subject, which will help us to analyze the different roles that Isis receives in this period. |
