Uma análise nas mudanças comportamentais no âmbito organizacional das Secretarias Públicas e do DETRAN em meio à pandemia no Município de Monteiro - PB.

Abstract

Identified as COVID-19, by the World Health Organization, this virus originated a pandemic that completely changed the scenario in which we live. Brazil was the second country with the most deaths caused by the disease, including the Northeast, which was one of the regions most affected by the coronavirus. In view of this, the objective of this research sought to understand how the public organizations of the municipality of Monteiro, in Paraíba, reacted to the difficulty caused by COVID-19 and in what ways the organizations sought to modify their elements that constitute their organizational culture to face this virus. The methodology used in the work was a qualitative research that sought to analyze the public secretaries through websites and interviews with the Secretaries of Health, Finance, Planning, Communication, and with DETRAN the behavioral changes of these public organizations. The conclusion is that there is still a strong need for strategic planning in organizations that help this change, and for psychological preparation for all employees, since the entire population was affected by this virus.
