Com base nisso, temse algumas bases de dados que servem para pesquisas de custos e índices, entre elas, o Sistema Nacional de Pesquisa de Custos e Índices da Construção Civil (SINAPI), disponibilizada pela CAIXA ECONÔMICA FEDERAL, que disponibiliza preços de mão de obra, materiais e serviços. O presente trabalho traz a comparação do orçamento real, feito através do controle de gastos, na cidade de PombalPB, com o orçamento através da tabela SINAPI para a área de lazer. Analisouse a distribuição de recursos que obteve coerência, porém, com uma diferença no valor final em percentuais, de 39%, em reais de R$ 61.849,26, da SINAPI com relação ao orçamento real. |
| Abstract: | The act of budgeting a work is of extreme relevance, helping in cost control and allowing good management as to the time interval and consumption of inputs. Based on this, there are some databases that serve for cost and index research, among them, the National System of Research of Costs and Indexes of Civil Construction (SINAPI), made available by CAIXA ECONÔMICA FEDERAL, which provides labor prices, materials and services. The present work brings the comparison of the real budget, made through spending control, in the city of PombalPB, with the budget through the SINAPI table for the same work. The distribution of resources that obtained coherence was analyzed, however, with a difference in the final value of each budget, in percentages, of 39%, in reais of R$ 61.849,26. |
