Juventudes precarizadas no capitalismo de plataforma e seu potencial explosivo.

Abstract

Technological development, consisting mainly of nanotechnology, robotics and information technology, has promoted significant changes in the world and in labor relations. Specifically in Brazil, these transformations were accentuated from the 1990s onwards, with the implementation of the Collor government's neoliberal policies, generalizing measures of a liberal nature for hiring workers in ways that were below what was established by the CLT. Today, the new contours, organization and management that have been taking shape in the labor market are becoming more recognizable through work mediated by digital platforms. In recent years, the scenario of Brazilian cities has come to rely on the figure of couriers by app, notably from 2020 there has been a greater proliferation of the category, due to the COVID19 virus pandemic, since, with the impossibility of free movement of people, the delivery service has become the most used alternative as a way of continuing a portion of trade. In this sense, this dissertation proposes to analyze the situation of precarious youths who provide services by application demand, seeking to understand the peculiarities of this fraction of workers, as well as their explosive potential to resist and claim. It was verified from the analysis and studies of the data that these young people are mostly black, poor and with low education. In addition, it was found that despite being fragile, these youths are part of the fraction of the working class that has a potential for transformation when thinking about fighting for better conditions, just look at the demonstrations around the world and in Brazil, as an example of the Breque of apps. However, despite fighting for better conditions, there is still no consensus when it comes to having links with the CLT.
