Utilizando o método de separação de variáveis chegamos a possíveis soluções para problemas de condução do calor numa barra sobre certas condições e a partir daí, aplicando a teoria apresentada sobre séries de Fourier obtemos as devidas soluções.pt_BR

dc.description.abstractThis work is dedicated to the study of partial differential equations (PDE), in particular the heat equation, in order to obtain their solutions by means of Fourier series. Using the method of separation of variables we arrive at possible solutions to problems of heat conduction in a bar on certain conditions and from there, applying the theory presented on the Fourier series we obtain the appropriate solutions.pt_BR
