TENDA DO CONTO: UMA LEITURA SOB A LUZ DO NÚCLEO DE SABER DA PSICOLOGIA

Abstract

The Tale Tent is an Integrative and Complementary Practice widely used in public health services. It is characterized as light technology, which enables, through welcoming listening, the strengthening of the bond between service users and professionals. Working from the perspective of collective care, it recognizes the protagonism of the subjects, values existing knowledge and brings historical and social aspects to the health promotion process. As it is considered a therapeutic resource when facilitated by different professionals, the purpose of this work is to bring the Tale Tent closer to the core of the psychologist's technical-scientific knowledge. It is hypothesized that Tenda do Conto can be considered more than light technology, extrapolating the idea of welcoming. One of the main difficulties during the writing process of the aforementioned work was precisely the lack of literature that made direct reference to the central theme. Based on this concern, a literature review was carried out where it was possible to prove the lack of theoretical productions that established a relationship between the core of knowledge of Psychology and the Tale Tent. It is suggested that the Tale Tent facilitated by psychologists can be understood as a light-hard technology.
