| ???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: | A implementação de atividades educacionais focadas na conservação ambiental pode contribuir para a melhoria da qualidade de vida de jovens, promovendo desenvolvimento e integração social. Com esse propósito, o presente trabalho teve como objetivo analisar a percepção dos jovens do 9° ano do Ensino Fundamental no município de Sumé-PB, a respeito do tema educação ambiental e agroecologia. A pesquisa foi executada durante o mês de maio de 2022, na Escola Agrotécnica E. F. Dep. Evaldo Gonçalves de Queiroz, no município de Sumé-PB, com jovens de 12 a 15 anos, totalizando 34 alunos. Verifica-se com os resultados obtidos que a maioria dos jovens possuía conhecimento sobre os temas questionados o que pode estar relacionado, sendo considerada de grande importância à realização de atividades pedagógicas tendo como tema mediador a agroecologia e educação ambiental, possibilitando transformações saudáveis na escola e na população. Assim, é importante a articulação de ações educativas voltadas para a conservação do meio ambiente e a escola é o espaço mais indicado e privilegiado para implementação dessas atividades, pois é na escola o principal núcleo de difusão de conhecimento. |
| Abstract: | The implementation of educational activities focused on environmental conservation can contribute to the improvement of the quality of life of young people, promoting development and social integration. With this purpose, the present study aimed to analyze the perception of ninth-grade students in the municipality of Sumé-PB regarding environmental education and agroecology. The research was conducted during May 2022 at the Dep. Evaldo Gonçalves de Queiroz Agrotechnical School in Sumé-PB, with students aged 12 to 15, totaling 34 students. The results obtained indicate that the majority of the young people had knowledge about the topics in question, which may be related and considered of great importance to the implementation of pedagogical activities with agroecology and environmental education as mediating themes, enabling healthy transformations in the school and the population. Thus, the coordination of educational actions aimed at environmental conservation is important, and the school is the most suitable and privileged space for the implementation of these activities, as it is the main nucleus for the dissemination of knowledge. |
