A crise no sistema de seguridade social brasileiro: perspectivas no âmbito previdenciário.

Abstract

Social Security represents a social protection system of actions that ensure the defense of individuals against social risks. It is a set of resources and initiatives that meet the demands of members of a community, contributing to the improvement and preservation of their social conditions, economic and human. It refers to a safeguard offered by the collective, where everyone makes their contributions, having the right to enjoy when necessary. The methodology used in this research was the statistical method, with focus on data provided by Public Authorities and International Institutions, looking at financial and demographic information. The method was used hermeneutic approach to interpreting the data collected. Furthermore, the research has descriptive nature, based on laws and bibliographic sources. The pension Brazilian country faces challenges, materialized in financial indicators that reflect economic deficiencies of the system, social problems and demographic projections that harm revenue. Given the situation throughout this study, it is imperative understand the risk of the system collapsing, causing unspeakable losses for those who depend on it. The research presents a delicate scenario, which must be analyzed by several parameters, taking into account the decrease in economically active population compared to the elderly population, financial projections on expenses and collection, as well as the inadequate management of values allocated to financing the system. It is important that the Public Power, together with social issues, look for alternatives to avoid realizing the projections. Thus, the analysis and commitment to solving the problem is crucial for maintenance and well-being future of the nation.
