Infiltração virtual de agentes policiais no combate aos crimes cibernéticos: ampliação na proteção da criança.

Abstract

The work in question presents as its central theme the virtual infiltration of agents police officers in combating cyber crimes in light of Law 13,441/17, with the aim of main objective is to address the effectiveness of the law in the legal system by repressing crimes against the sexual dignity of children and adolescents. In this research Topics were covered such as: The historical trajectory of the internet until its consumption mass in contemporary times, the significant increase in children and adolescents on social networks, in addition to addressing the deepest layers of the internet, Deep and Dark Web. Furthermore, in the second chapter, there is a debate about criminal offenses in digital medium, dealing with its continuous evolution in Brazil and the doctrinal meanings on the subject and, soon after, an exposition of the crimes that are the target of the greatest number of reports, such as pedophilia and child pornography. The methodology used was the deductive method, through qualitative and documentary research, using websites, doctrines, Brazilian legislation and scientific articles that deal with of this content, as well as the use of statistical data to establish a parameter of the most recurrent crimes involving vulnerable minors. Finally, the procedural aspects present in the institute are clarified, on the other hand with the gaps left by the legislator when dealing with fiduciary deadlines of the investigation, as well as the legal exercise of the agent without overcoming the barriers legislative measures, ultimately addressing effectiveness in the legal system, seeking the technical improvement of the judicial police.
