Falas ditas, falas (re)escritas: os discursos de modernização em Campina Grande nos editoriais sobre a Escola Politécnica.

Abstract

The present work is final result of accomplished research, while student PIBICs Scholar, in the Project Memory: Science and technology in Campina Grande (1952-2002)we will analyze six editorial that we believe to be the most important, for the discussion which propose us, and that care for the theme Science and technology in the city of Campina Grande, where we detain us exclusively in the ones that talk about Escola Politécnica. The analyzed editorial were written by José Stênio Lopes and Lopes de Andrade and were published between 1957 and 1961 in Diário Borborema, periodical in which we accomplish our research in two years. The choice by the temporal cutting was because of a year of newspaper first edition publication (October 1957) and the second date refers to the year in which the Escola Politécnica was federalized (December 1961) For the material analysis we use as principies theorical-methodological the Speech Analysis (SA), we mobilized theorical concepts as interspeech - understood in AD as discursive memory -, effect-reader e, with essential principie to the analytic practice, the concept of material form.
