A pesquisa engloba o período que vai de 1939 a 1945, busca estabelecer relações entre as transformações da modernidade e a utilização do avião enquanto instrumento decisivo de guerra. E por fim, discutimos os ideais nacionalistas da nação brasileira e sua reafirmação enquanto nação durante e depois da guerra, bem como a inserção do estado da Paraíba neste contexto. |
| Abstract: | The present work has as central quest to understand the representations of World War II from the Paraiba’s newspaper "A União". Research that encompasses the period from 1939 to 1945, seeks to establish relations between the transformations of modemity and the use of the airplane while decisive instrument of war. And finally, we discussed the nationalist ideais of the Brazilian nation and its reaffirmation as nation during and after the war, as well as the insertion of Paraíba State in this context. |
