| ???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: | O principal objetivo desta dissertação é apresentar não somente uma análise do sistema de limpeza urbana da cidade de João Pessoa, mas também esclarecer à população sobre o custo decorrente do serviço de limpeza e da receita tributária, destinada à manutenção da cidade. O estudo envolve assuntos ligados a saneamento, manutenção de equipamento, custo de pessoal, pesquisa operacional e previsão de crescimento de serviços na limpeza urbana. No final deste trabalho sugere-se,de imediato, uma reestruturação na Limpeza Urbana,visando minimizar o déficit existente em decorrência da coleta de lixo. |
| Abstract: | The main objective of this thesis is not only to show an analysis of the urban cleanness systems of t he named João Pessoa but also to in form its population about the costs involved in the cleanness service and about the tributary income necessary to the city maintenance. The study is concerned to matters of Sanitary Engineering, equipment maintenance, personnel costs and operational research and an estimation of the growth of t he urban cleanness services. In the end of this thesis itis suggerted a re-structuration on the urban cleanness in order t o minimize the existing deficit due to the garbage collection service. |
