| ???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: | Neste artigo, a partir de revisão de literatura, pesquisa documental e utilização de dados secundários, buscamos oferecer algumas pistas capazes de nos permitir avançar no entendimento de como as camadas do Exército Industrial de Reserva (EIR) se expressam na realidade brasileira e os tipos de sujeitos e de formas de inserção laboral que a dinamizam. Concluímos indicando que a expansão do EIR vem se dando acompanhada pela generalização da precarização laboral e, conformando, no Brasil, uma nova morfologia da classe trabalhadora. |
| Abstract: | In this article, based on literature review, documentary research and use of secondary data, we seek to offer some clues capable of allowing us to advance in understanding how the layers of the Industrial Reserve Army (EIR) are expressed in the Brazilian reality and the types of subjects and forms of work insertion that dynamize it. We conclude by indicating that the expansion of the EIR has been accompanied by the generalization of job insecurity and has been conforming a new morphology of the working class in Brazil. |
