A pandemia da COVID-19 e as/os trabalhadores da saúde: traçando o perfil das/os profissionais da saúde atuantes no HRCR.

Abstract

This essay aims to outline the profile of health professionals working at the Hospital Regional Cleonice Ribeiro, as well as to analyze the metamorphoses in the world of work and the implications of the pandemic. For that, from a methodological point of view, we carried out a quantitative and qualitative research, using a literary review of categories and theoretical contributions, as well as the data collection that took place through document analysis and the application of an electronic questionnaire, with the data treated through a content analysis. Among the main results, it is noteworthy that the largest number of hospital workers is female, self-declared white and young, aged between 20 and 30 years and that a significant number of professionals have precarious employment relationships.
