| ???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: | No contexto de pandemia, o mundo do trabalho sofreu inúmeras alterações e, diante delas, verificamos um conjunto de respostas práticas através dos instrumentos de luta e resistência do proletariado. Tendo em vista esta premissa, este artigo pretende se debruçar sobre os posicionamentos de dois sindicatos de trabalhadores da educação atuantes na cidade de Sousa-PB, diante da atual pandemia de Covid-19. Para atingir esse objetivo, promovemos pesquisa documental e revisão de literatura, articulando, de um lado, o estudo e a análise dos materiais socializados pelos sindicatos em seus canais de comunicação oficial e, de outro, a aproximação com aportes teóricos-metodológicos que oferecem pistas importantes para compreender a realidade atual. Concluímos o texto ressaltando os desafios materializados para os sindicatos no contexto do aprofundamento da precarização do trabalho. |
| Abstract: | In the context of a pandemic, the world of work has undergone numerous changes and, in the face of them, we see a set of practical responses through the instruments of struggle and resistance of the proletariat. In view of this premise, this article intends to look into the positions of two unions of education workers operating in the city of Sousa-PB, in view of the current Covid-19 pandemic. To achieve this goal, we promote documentary research and literature review, articulating, on the one hand, the study and analysis of materials socialized by the unions in their official communication channels and, on the other hand, the approximation with theoretical-methodological contributions that offer clues important to understand the current reality. We conclude the text highlighting the challenges materialized for unions in the context of the deepening of precarious work. |
