| ???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: | Discute as motivações e interesses dos professores substitutos da Faculdade de Serviço Social da Universidade do Estado do Rio Grande do Norte para ocuparem tal função, fazendo uma articulação com as determinações mais gerais do mundo do trabalho que marcam a contemporaneidade. Para a produção dos dados, foi realizada pesquisa bibliográfica e de campo junto a professores substitutos, atuando entre os anos de 2009 e 2012 na referida universidade. Concluo, demonstrando que a tendência à inserção neste espaço específico de trabalho tem múltiplas justificativas, sendo os sujeitos, especialmente, jovens, recém-egressos de cursos de graduação, com idade entre 23 e 25 anos. |
| Abstract: | Discusses the motivations and interests of substitute teachers from the School of Social Work at the University of Rio Grande do Norte State to fill such a role , making a link with the more general determinations of the working world that mark the contemporary. For the production of data , literature and field research was conducted with substitute teachers , acting between the years 2009 and 2012 in the same university . I conclude by showing that the tendency to insert this particular work space has multiple justifications , with the subjects, especially young people , newly graduates from undergraduate courses , aged between 23 and 25 years. |
