| ???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: | O presente artigo tem o objetivo de descrever e analisar algumas contribuições de Foucault e Deleuze à política de reforma psiquiátrica e pós-reforma, na atualidade. Problematizam-se as práticas em suas descontinuidades, em um momento em que parecem ficar estagnadas em repetições de cartilhas e portarias, resoluções e termos que vão se tornando monumentos tais como objetos naturalizados. Descrevem-se alguns acontecimentos-efeitos dessas descontinuidades na política de saúde mental brasileira. Por fim, interroga-se a visão de continuidade na política e busca-se em alguns conceitos e em uma perspectiva histórica genealógica demolir as evidências constituídas. |
| Abstract: | This paper aims to describe and analyze some contributions from Foucault and Deleuze to the psychiatric reform and post-reform today. Problematize up practices in their discontinuities, at a time when they seem to be stagnant in repetitions of booklets and ordinances, resolutions and terms that are becoming monuments such as naturalized objects. Describes certain events-effects of discontinuities in the Brazilian mental health policy. Finally, questions whether the vision of continuity in policy and search on some concepts and a genealogical historical perspective demolish the evidence constituted. |
