| ???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: | A necessidade da humanidade por água vem crescendo rápida e incompativelmente com a capacidade de recuperação da natureza, causando prejuízos na qualidade e na quantidade dos recursos hídricos disponíveis. A cobrança pelo uso da água é um dos instrumentos da Lei no 9.433 que visa racionalizar o uso desse bem. Os recursos provenientes desse instrumento devem ser aplicados nas respectivas bacias nos quais foram gerados. Essa linha de pesquisa se alinha aos Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável, dentro do tema água limpa e saneamento. O presente trabalho objetivou apurar a aplicação dos recursos provenientes da cobrança pela água bruta no estado da Paraíba e analisar sua implementação. A análise da efetividade da cobrança nas bacias, foi realizada comparando as ações previstas nos Planos de aplicação anuais do Fundo Estadual de Recursos Hídricos (FERH) e nas escalas dos critérios (qualitativos e quali-quantitativos) para avaliação do grau de implementação de cobrança estabelecidas. |
| Abstract: | Humanity's need for water has been growing rapidly and incompatible with nature's recovery capacity, causing damage to the quality and quantity of available water resources. Charging for the use of water is one of the instruments of Law No. 9.433, which aims to rationalize the use of this asset. The resources from this instrument must be applied to the respective basins in which they were generated. This line of research aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals, within the theme of clean water and sanitation. The present work aimed to investigate the application of resources from charging for raw water in the state of Paraíba and analyze its implementation. The analysis of the effectiveness of charging in the basins was carried out by comparing the actions foreseen in the annual application plans of the State Water Resources Fund (FERH) and the criteria scales (qualitative and qualitative-quantitative) to assess the degree of implementation of established charging. |
