| ???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: | Neste artigo visamos a pensar algumas apropriações de tecnologias de guerra e de controle social nas políticas bélicas transnacionais mobilizadas em nome da paz mundial e construímos breves provocações a respeito do posicionamento dos organismos multilaterais, em especial da Organização das Nações Unidas (ONU), frente à extensão do emprego de tecnologias remotamente tripuladas acionadas para matar em nome da defesa social. Por meio de uma história do presente, interrogamos como o biopoder, intensificado por tecnologias remotamente controladas e justificado por relatórios que pretensamente seriam anteparos à violação de Direitos Humanos, aciona os racismos difusos que orientam ataques bélicos pautados pelo combate ao terror e pela democratização mundial. Os organismos multilaterais, em tempos neoliberais, formam parte das alianças biolíticas que sustentam a intensificação dos mecanismos de segurança e políticas de dizimação. |
| Abstract: | This article aims to think the usages and appropriations of war technologies and social control in transnational political warfare mobilized on behalf of the world peace. Also, build brief provocations about the positioning of multilateral agencies, particularly the United Nations (UN), ahead the extension of the use of remotely piloted technologies driven to kill in the name of social defense. Through the present history we questioned how biopower enhanced by remotely controlled technologies and justified by reports that supposedly shields the violation of Human Rights triggers the pervasive racism that drive warlike attacks guided by fighting terror and the worldwide democratization. |
