| ???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: | Objetivou-se com o presente estudo realizar o levantamento das manifestações patológicas de uma residência térrea na cidade de Caicó-RN, assim como, determinar a origem, grau de prioridade, causas e por fim, propor soluções para as manifestações patológicas identificadas. O presente trabalho foi realizado através de revisão bibliográfica e estudo de caso realizado por meio uma vistoria para levantar dados da residência. A pesquisa permitiu identificar, classificar, diagnosticar e propor soluções para as manifestações patológicas encontradas nos sistemas construtivos da edificação analisada. Os locais de ocorrência, as origens e os graus de prioridade das anomalias foram registrados e analisados. As intervenções recomendadas foram definidas de acordo com a urgência e a complexidade de cada caso, sendo prioritárias as de grau 1 e posteriormente as de grau 3. |
| Abstract: | The objective of this study was to survey the pathological manifestations of a single-story residence in the city of Caicó-RN, as well as to determine the origin, degree of priority, causes and, finally, propose solutions for the pathological manifestations identified. This work was carried out through a bibliographical review and a case study carried out through an inspection to collect data from the residence. The research made it possible to identify, classify, diagnose and propose solutions for the pathological manifestations found in the construction systems of the analyzed building. The places of occurrence, origins and priority levels of the anomalies were recorded and analyzed. The recommended interventions were defined according to the urgency and complexity of each case, with priority being given to grade 1 and then grade 3. |
