Abstract

During of the research work, we come back to be line up the data who given as primordial for long time, put that in the holy writs of the professionals of the area and thus kept in during of the centuries the shade of uncertainties in a plan with half terms and restricting having them to another face of history as described: The woman with its culture imposed for the patriarchal society restricting them and keeping them adepts the undisputed, unacceptable and irrelevant modesties for the laws imposed for the Portuguese state and the saint church catholic, and, following <thus fearful= the lines firmed for the masculine sex directed to the feminine sex. However, they will be reformulated for analyzes of the historical object, extending to send them new bias to it, being these formularizations found through professionals with persistence to make possible sources, exactly already having been explored, in open widely, in documentary sources of public archives guiding them leaving it clean up with new vision, thus making possible, new historiographies functions.
