Isto porque se pretende estudar um caso concreto* isto é, o Projeto d© Irrigação do DNOCS Baixo Açu, localizado na região Vale do Açu, no Estado do Rio Grande do Norte. objetivo geral consiste no entendimento do papel da intervenção do Estado na agricultura nordestina sob a forma do Programa da Irrigação do Nordeste no processo de acumulação de capital no País. Por outro lado, o nosso objetivo específico consiste em compreender e demonstrar as implicações sócio-econômico-políticas da intervenção do Estado sob a forma do Projeto Baixo Açu na região do Vale do Açu. |
| Abstract: | The present dissertation investigates the state intervention in Northeast agriculture, which manifests itself in the form of the Northeast Irrigation Program. However, in this study, the universe of analysis will focus on the State intervention regarding the DNOCS Irrigation Program. This is because it is intended to study a specific case * that is, the DNOCS Baixo Açu Irrigation Project, located in the Açu Valley region, in the State of Rio Grande do Norte. The general objective is to understand the role of state intervention in northeastern agriculture in the form of the Northeast Irrigation Program in the process of accumulation of capital in the country. On the other hand, our specific objective is to understand and demonstrate the socio-economic implications -policies of state intervention in the form of the Low Açu Project in the Açu Valley region. |
