| ???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: | O sistema de plantio direto prevê a semeadura sem o preparo inicial do solo. Com as operações de campo, as ferramentas, ao interagirem com o solo, desgastam-se por abrasão provocando modificação geométrica que pode ser expressa através de sua perda de massa ou área. O objetivo do trabalho foi desenvolver um método para analisar o desgaste das ponteiras de sulcadores de semeadoras de plantio direto quanto a sua perda de massa, utilizando-se o programa Solidworks 2003. No trabalho, fez-se uso de ponteiras construídas em Ferro Fundido Nodular Austemperado (ADI, de Austempered Ductile Iron), massa específica de 0.0078g.mm-³, as quais foram, após o uso, cortadas e pesadas em uma balança, com precisão de 0,01g, a fim de quantificar-se a massa da parte inferior que, durante o trabalho, sofre o desgaste devido ao atrito com o solo. Tendo-se as medidas reais obtidas com um paquímetro, a mesma foi desenhada no programa, no qual adquirimos o volume, e com a densidade do material encontrou-se a massa correspondente ao mesmo. Através dos resultados obtidos verifica-se que é possível utilizar-se este programa para análise do desgaste de ferramentas que mobilizam o solo, sendo assim, essas não precisarão ser cortadas a cada etapa de trabalho. |
| Abstract: | : The no-till system sows without any previous soil movement. With the field operations the tines, are worn out by abrasion, which causes changes in its geometry that can be expressed by mass or area losses. The objective of this work was to develop a method to assess the wear of direct drills furrow opener tips in respect of its mass loss, using the Solidwork 2003 software. The tips were made of Austempered Ductile Iron (ADI), with a density of 0.0078g.mm-³ were used. After the work, the lower end of the tips were cut out and weighed in a scale, with precision of 0,01g, in order to quantify their mass in this region that, during the work, suffers the consuming due to the friction with the ground. With the real measures of the tips made with a caliper, the tips were drawn in the software, in which we acquire the volume, and with of the density of the material, the corresponding mass. Through the results it is verified that it is possible to use this software for assessing the wear of tools that mobilize the ground, without needing to cut out the end part of tines at each stage of work. |
